In this course, we use a combination of art-making, meditation, journaling, and psychoeducation to shift your perspective and guide you towards balance.
I wish I had learned about the significance of energetics earlier in life. It would have saved me many years of tears, pain and frustration. For the longest time I was stuck in negative thought cycles, addicted to relationships that were toxic for me, binging on alcohol to numb my social anxiety, my mind was often foggy and my long-term memory was poor, and on top of it all I was suffering from chronic IBS. This reached its bottom in my early 20s.
I did my best to correct myself out of unhelpful behaviours, and things slowly got better - but I never got to the root of it. And for the life of me, I could not understand why. I was journaling, I was huge into self-development, I was going to therapy (talk therapy). So what gives?

When I was getting my professional certification as an Art Therapist and later when I began to train in energy work, learning about energetic dynamics ... it all finally clicked.
​
I realized that there are all these universal laws that govern the way the universe, Earth, and all living things, well, live. All of them are equally significant in piecing together the truth of life - but learning about the Law of Giving & Receiving is the one that completely shifted the way I viewed my personal life.

We are all born full and whole the way we are. It is not a curse to be empathetic or sensitive. It is actually your power, that you simply must learn to protect and harness.
