On every New or Full Moon of the month, we hold sacred space and guide you on a journey of deep somatic-energetic alchemy and community prayer.
The intention is to bring you into loving connection with your body and heart, to lighten the load on your mind, and help you feel safe and empowered to go forward each month and season with embodied clarity, vitality, and authenticity.

GROUP SPINAL ENERGETICS JOURNEY
Spinal Energetics is a revolutionary somatic-energetic modality that resets and retunes your nervous system for harmony. Experience a 45-60 min group session where we clear out stagnant energies and old programs so you feel light, open, and clear for the month ahead.

SOMATIC INTEGRATION
After the Spinal journey, we ground into nourishing somatic integration and a group sharing circle. Sharing is optional but encouraged.

INDIVIDUAL FEEDBACK
Jade will offer intuitive feedback from the journey, both for the group and individually (if time allows) to help you integrate the experience going forward.

COMMUNITY PRAYER
Prayer is a powerful, sacred way to anchor in intentions, desires, dreams, and wishes. Everyone is welcome to bring into the circle something on their heart that they would like the group to help them amplify, manifest, and create.

I have dedicated the last 4 years helping people from all walks of lives heal their nervous systems, spiritually expand, and create authentic, fulfilling lives they feel truly proud of.
What I have discovered, is that when people bridge the human work of healing the physical body with the ceremonial soul work of ascending the energetic body – they naturally, easefully come “home” to themselves. They rise into their most natural, magnetic, loving, abundant selves.
This is why I've created HAVEN: an accessible pace that gives you access and accountability to the deep inner work that truly transforms, in a community that inspires and receives you.
