the sacred studio is a group healing facilitation combining powerful energy work with facilitated creative art-making.

what we do here.

the purpose of the sacred studio is threefold:

​

1. to make energetic and creative maintenance fun, soulful, and profound;

2. to nurture community amongst like-minded creative souls

3. to offer an accessible healing alternative to those not ready for 1:1 work yet

​

every session begins with a 30-minute 9D Energy Healing where I channel high-frequency light codes to each participant there live. I activate, upgrade, and rebalance their field, and bring forward any intuitive feedback that emerges for the group. all you have to do is sit back, be present, and receive.

​

based on these specific themes that emerge for the group that month, I lead you into an intuitive creative facilitation. this is the space for you to alchemize and process the new energy and insight in your field. your creative process can be anything you feel called to explore, any medium(s) of your choice.

we spend time debriefing our experience and process at the end as a group.

an email reminder is sent to the participants a day prior, and another with a Zoom link about 1 hour before the session begins.
