This container is for anyone interested in starting a mindfulness and meditation practice, and also for those with an existing meditation practice but are looking to delve deeper into more innovative modalities of healing.
The Activation Library is an ever-growing site of guided healing audio tracks; including but not limited to guided meditations, visualizations, creative processes, breathwork, nervous system resets, and energy clearings. Tracks in the library range from quick 3 minute activations to 30-plus-minute healings.
All tracks are original, either developed or channeled by Jade. They are each intentionally created to activate you on a deep level.
As a member of this container you are able to request the topics, themes, and types of future additions to the library.

This Mini-Course is for the individuals who identify as empaths or highly sensitive, those who are looking to strengthen their boundaries and sense of balance in their lives, and anyone who is simply interested in learning more about the very fundamental universal Law of Giving & Receiving.
We cover universal laws, the nervous system, stress responses, unique symptoms of imbalance, tips and strategies to increase your sense of balance and self-worth, to open up creative flow and coherence in the mind-body, and also tips to strengthen boundaries, protection, and your emotional self-regulation.
This is a course that invites you to actively participate and engage, through creative processes, guided meditations, reflective journaling, and brainstorming.
