everything is energy.
all matter, animate and inanimate, are made of atoms, particles and molecules. these units have a charge that cause them to vibrate and spiral between each other in mass - thus creating structure and form. therefore: at the very essence, our DNA, organs, bones, brains, thoughts, and emotions (literally everything) are all energy. so is the universe. so we and it, are all connected. this is the basis of quantum physics.
everything that exists, exists at a very specific vibrational frequency of its own. frequencies are fluid, constantly shifting.
the process of healing is to shift and increase the frequency of your personal energetic field. to do that, we clear out any repressed 'waste' energy stored in your vessel (aka trauma, low-frequency emotions), rebalance flow, and open up your field.
in my practice of energy work, I use psychic intuition and trained skill to tap into collective universal energy and your unique energy field.

akashic readings
the Akashic Records are an energetic site that we can tap into to learn about the history and journey of everything that has occurred in the universe, past, present and future - since the beginning of time.
think of it as an archival library that exists in a higher dimension, where every soul has their own book, that contains documentation of memories, encounters, and experiences.
so in an Akashic Reading, I open up your 'book' and access the unique record of your soul, where I act as a conduit for you to receive answers to any questions you have about yourself, your life and your path.
questions can be around any area of your life and future (career, relationships, health etc.), your Higher Self, past memories, past lives, soul contracts, karmic links, etc.
it is best to prepare 3-5 questions to your session to maximize your experience. example questions are provided upon booking.

in an energy healing session, I channel high-frequency 9D energy to pour in pure light into your field and activate the light codes in you. 9D energy allows me to help rebalance your chakras/energy flow, effectively remove any cords and implants stuck to your field, and upgrade you to a higher baseline frequency. at the end of a session I share intuitive guidance that comes through for you to integrate into your day-to-day life.

a unique 2-hour immersion into your creative soul.
the Akashic Creative is a powerful immersive experience for those curious to dive into self-discovery, energy work, and the practice of harnessing creative life-force energy.
PART 1: Akashic Reading (45 minutes)
We lead with a live Akashic Reading, where you ask any questions you have about your soul’s history, journey, path. Anything that you might be stuck with, or are seeking guidance on in any area of your life - I will channel wisdom from the Akashic Records. This part is recorded so that you can refer back to it in the future.
PART 2: Energetic Integration (30 minutes)
Based on the guidance provided in the Reading, I will spend about 30 minutes clearing, activating, and upgrading your field. This will help you fully integrate the main points and learnings, and will help you feel into a higher frequency. This part is a healing and meditative experience, where you lie back and receive.
PART 3: Creative Facilitation (45 minutes)
We will alchemize this energy into creative processes, intuitively based on what emerged for you during the reading and integration. I will guide you through processing one (or more) of the themes, motifs, images, questions, or revelations, using the mediums of your preference.

creative energy is an essential frequency that exists and is constantly being regenerated between the universe, our bodies, and our thoughts. we all have access to it; it is associated to the health of your sacral chakra.
what I commonly see is due to stress and trauma (and being in survival mode), multiple chakras become imbalanced and we siphon the flow of life-force energy through the root, sacral, and throat chakras in particular.
this is the creative block, that dull and frustrating feeling of not being able to feel newness and inspiration in your life.
the Akashic Creative is a unique experience born from my understanding and experiences of energetics and soul work, as well as my expertise as an Art Therapist.
please note that while I may integrate art therapy frameworks as a way to guide you through creative arts-making, the Akashic Creative is absolutely not a clinical art therapy session.
